1. Who we are

Slotera is provided by Merulio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number [number]), registered office [address] ("we", "us"). Contact: slotera@merulio.com.

2. What Slotera does

Slotera lets independent professionals ("operators") publish a booking page, manage sessions, clients and bookings, and record payments. Clients who book an operator do not need an account. The contract for a session is between the operator and their client; we are not a party to it.

3. Your account

4. Plans and fees

5. Your clients' data

You decide what client data you collect and why, so you are the controller of it and we are your processor. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and for giving your clients a privacy notice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Slotera to break the law, send unsolicited marketing, upload malicious code, or interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for Slotera to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you are paying for.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Slotera at any time. We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach. On request, and in any case after termination, we delete workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, or £100 if greater.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
